Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is usually 2–7 business days after shipment, for an estimated total of 3–10 business days. We ship within the 48 contiguous United States using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Amazon Logistics.

Returns

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact service@broaddict.com before returning an item.

• Non-quality returns: The buyer pays return shipping, and a 5% handling fee applies. The item must be unused, unmodified, complete, and in its original packaging.
• Confirmed product quality issues, incorrect items, or shipping damage: BROADDICT covers the approved return shipping cost. Photos, video, the order number, or packaging labels may be required.

Safety Information

It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to have all bolts/nuts checked for tightness after the first 500 miles, and then again every 1,000 miles. Wheel alignment, steering system, suspension, and driveline systems must be inspected by a qualified, professional mechanic at least every 3,000 miles.
