Shipping

Returns
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact service@broaddict.com before returning an item.
- Non-quality returns: The buyer pays return shipping, and a 5% handling fee applies. The item must be unused, unmodified, complete, and in its original packaging.
- Confirmed product quality issues, incorrect items, or shipping damage: BROADDICT covers the approved return shipping cost. Photos, video, the order number, or packaging labels may be required.
